Creates a standardized definition of "military protection order" in the State Government Article, covering protection orders issued under 10 U.S.C. § 1567 by commanding officers in any branch of uniformed services or National Guard

Adds "active service member" definition to the Real Property Article, extending landlord-tenant protections for military personnel who relocate due to service obligations

Expands Maryland Veterans Trust Fund contributions to include fees from special registration plates for recipients of non-combat-related uniformed services medals of the highest levels, in addition to existing combat-related medals

Takes effect October 1, 2026
