Expands the Maryland Police Officers and Probation Agents Scholarship Program to include correctional officers as eligible recipients

Renames the program to "Maryland Police Officers, Probation Agents, and Correctional Officers Scholarship Program"

Eligible recipients must be Maryland residents or high school graduates, enrolled at a public senior higher education institution or community college, and pursuing a degree or certificate program furthering their career

Recipients must fulfill a service obligation of working as a police officer, probation agent, or correctional officer for at least 5 years during the 8-year period after graduation, or repay the scholarship funds

Effective date: July 1, 2026
