Prohibits vehicle manufacturers, distributors, or factory branches from taking adverse action against dealers who disclose on their websites that an advertised price is the manufacturer's minimum allowable advertised price and that lower prices may be available

Protection applies only to dealers who are not violating existing advertising laws prohibiting false, deceptive, or misleading advertisements or offering vehicles without intent to sell

Amends Section 15-207(h) of the Maryland Transportation Article to add new dealer protections alongside existing prohibitions on manufacturer retaliation

Effective date: October 1, 2026
