Increases annual salaries for the Comptroller, Treasurer, and Attorney General from $165,000-$175,000 to $175,000-$185,000 over their four-year terms beginning January 2027

Raises Secretary of State annual salary from $112,500-$120,000 to $120,000-$128,000 over the four-year term beginning January 2027

Salary increases apply only to terms beginning after the effective date of October 1, 2026, in accordance with Maryland Constitution Article III, § 35

Individuals appointed or elected after the effective date to fill unexpired terms are eligible for the new salary rates
