Authorizes expungement of criminal dispositions when a case was disposed of by the court with a "no finding" designation or designated as "terminated without finding"

Creates an exception to the existing rule that prevents expungement of any conviction in a case unit if one conviction is ineligible—allowing expungement when the case ended without an unequivocal conviction

Amends Section 10–110 of the Criminal Procedure Article of the Annotated Code of Maryland

Effective date: October 1, 2026
