Increases the maximum property insurance deductible a condominium unit owner must pay from $10,000 to $25,000 when damage or destruction to the condominium originates from their unit

Requires resale contracts for condominium units to include written notice of the unit owner's responsibility for insurance deductibles when damage originates from a unit, or the contract is not enforceable

Applies to both standard condominiums and those with fewer than 7 units, with disclosure required at least 15 days prior to closing
