Extends the Task Force on Responsible Use of Natural Psychedelic Substances by one year, from December 31, 2026 to December 31, 2027

Adds one representative of a historically Black college or university in Maryland to the Task Force membership

Requires the Task Force to submit an updated report of findings and recommendations to the Governor and General Assembly by October 31, 2026

Natural psychedelic substances covered include psilocybin, psilocin, dimethyltryptamine, and mescaline, but explicitly exclude peyote

Takes effect July 1, 2026
