Adds CAMH Specialist I and II positions at Maryland Department of Health facilities to the Correctional Officers' Retirement System (CORS) effective July 1, 2026

Applies to employees at seven designated facilities: Eastern Shore Hospital Center, Thomas B. Finan Center, Potomac Center/SETT Program, Spring Grove Hospital Center, Springfield Hospital Center, and two Regional Institutes for Children and Adolescents

Requires automatic transfer of Employees' Pension System or Employees' Retirement System service credit to CORS by June 30, 2027, with opt-out deadline of June 1, 2027 for affected employees with pre-July 2008 service

Employees with no pre-July 2008 service will have their Employees' Pension System credit automatically transferred and combined with CORS service

Transferred employees granted ordinary disability benefits will receive the greater of benefits calculated under standard formulas
