Extends the expiration date of a racetrack alcoholic beverages license for a premises in the 5200 block of Park Heights Avenue in Baltimore City until July 1, 2029

Allows the license extension to facilitate completing a transfer of ownership and renewal at the same location, notwithstanding standard transfer requirements under § 12–1705

Permits the extended license period for completing renovations at the location, overriding standard expiration provisions under § 12–2202

Takes effect July 1, 2026 and automatically sunsets on July 31, 2029 (3 years and 1 month duration) without requiring further General Assembly action
