Extends the Maryland–Ireland Trade Commission's termination date from September 30, 2026 to September 30, 2028, adding 2 years to its lifespan

Reduces legislative representation on the Commission from two Senate members to one and from two House of Delegates members to one

Adds two new private sector members to the Commission, appointed by the Governor with Senate consent

Requires the Commission to submit annual reports to the Governor and General Assembly each December 1, rather than a single report in 2025

Takes effect July 1, 2026
