Prohibits standing in roadways, shoulders, median dividers, or intersections in Wicomico County that have been designated as "inherently dangerous" by the county or a municipal corporation

Defines "inherently dangerous" as posing a serious risk of injury to pedestrians, vehicle occupants, or others that cannot be mitigated with ordinary care

Requires appropriate warning signs to be installed at designated locations before police can issue citations for violations

Signs must comply with the State Highway Administration's Manual and specifications for uniform traffic control devices

Takes effect June 1, 2026
