Applies exclusively to Anne Arundel County and modifies Class C per diem alcoholic beverage license fees issued by the Board of License Commissioners

Events with fewer than 500 attendees: $25 per day for beer or beer and wine licenses; $50 per day for beer, wine, and liquor licenses

Events with 500 or more attendees: $25 per point of sale location per day for beer or beer and wine licenses; $50 per point of sale location per day for beer, wine, and liquor licenses

Creates a tiered fee structure based on event size, charging larger events per alcohol-serving location rather than a single flat daily fee

Takes effect July 1, 2026
