Creates a new consumption-only nonprofit swim club license in Anne Arundel County, allowing members and guests to bring beer, wine, and liquor onto the premises for on-site consumption during designated events

Limits alcohol consumption to 5 days per year, with the Board of License Commissioners able to authorize up to 3 additional days

Restricts alcohol consumption to designated areas during designated events, with permitted hours from 2 p.m. to 10 p.m.

Requires license holders to notify the Board at least 10 days before any designated event where alcohol will be consumed

Sets the annual license fee at $100, with additional days costing $50 per day; effective July 1, 2026
