Final decrees in divorce proceedings remain publicly accessible and are exempt from the new restrictions

Records may be released to persons in interest, their attorneys, or individuals authorized by court order to inspect the records

Amends the Maryland General Provisions Article by adding Section 4-305.1 to create this new category of protected records under the Public Information Act
