Maryland Energy Administration must conduct a study on land-based wind energy generating systems, including total generation potential and suitable locations within the State

Study must examine U.S. locations where mitigation efforts have allowed wind energy systems and military radar technologies (including ADAMS) to operate successfully together

Study must describe successful mitigation efforts, their effects, and potential application in Maryland

Maryland Strategic Energy Investment Fund may be used to fund the study

Report with findings and recommendations due to the Governor and legislative committees by December 1, 2026; Act takes effect July 1, 2026
