Authorizes the use of electronic rental agreements for self-service storage facilities, in addition to written agreements

Prohibits occupants from using a storage facility beyond the rental agreement term after receiving a nonrenewal notice delivered in person, by e-mail, or by verified mail

Requires operators to provide occupants at least 30 days after nonrenewal notice delivery, and at least until the end of the rental term, to remove personal property from the facility

Permits operators to dispose of remaining personal property after the 30-day removal period has elapsed, but must provide at least 10 days' notice of intent to dispose

Takes effect July 1, 2026
