Establishes two sports activity venue licenses for commercial recreational facilities offering bowling, golf simulators, pickleball courts, gymnasiums, or similar activities: a beer and wine license ($740/year) and a beer, wine, and liquor license ($1,200/year)

Permits alcohol sales Monday through Sunday from 6 a.m. to 2 a.m. for both license types, with no separate Sunday permit required

Requires sports activity venue license holders to ensure employees complete alcohol awareness training, implement written policies to monitor service to customers engaged in physical activities, and obtain crowd control certification when occupancy exceeds 50 persons

Takes effect July 1, 2026
