Extends mandatory funding for the Maryland Child Care Credential Program beginning in fiscal year 2028 and continuing each fiscal year thereafter

Requires the Governor to appropriate an amount at least equal to the fiscal year 2024 funding level (approximately $5.3 million, based on the original $4 million in FY2021 plus 10% annual increases through FY2024)

Maintains the existing program structure that provides achievement bonuses, training reimbursements, and training vouchers to child care workers who pursue or hold Office-approved credentials

Takes effect July 1, 2026
