Expands the Maryland Graduate and Professional Scholarship Program to include students at the University of Maryland Eastern Shore enrolled in four specific programs: Master of Medical Science in Physician Assistant Studies, Doctor of Pharmacy, Doctor of Physical Therapy, and Doctor of Veterinary Medicine

Scholarship awards range from $1,000 to $5,000 per school year, with recipients limited to a maximum of 8 semesters of funding

Recipients must be Maryland residents and demonstrate financial need according to Commission-established criteria

Takes effect July 1, 2026
