Requires continuing care retirement community providers to include copies of bylaws and articles of incorporation in registration applications and disclosure statements

Transfers authority to select subscriber members of provider governing bodies from the governing body itself to the facility's resident association

Removes the requirement that subscriber board members meet the same selection standards as other governing body members, including any religious faith requirements

For providers operating multiple facilities in Maryland, requires the governing body to include one regular subscriber member from the facility with the most subscribers, plus one alternate subscriber member for every three facilities

Effective date: October 1, 2026
