Exempts international medical school graduates from standard educational requirements if they provide evidence of completing 2 years of training in a postgraduate program accredited by the Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education–International (ACGME–I) or another Board-recognized organization

Requires physicians who qualify under the international training exemption to practice only under supervision during their initial license term, as determined by the Board

Expands recognized accreditation beyond just "an accrediting organization" to specifically include ACGME-I as an accepted credential

Takes effect October 1, 2026
