Replaces the Cumberland Valley Associated Builders and Contractors, Inc. with the Washington County Home Builders Association, Inc. as one of the nine organizations providing a member to the Washington County Salary Study Commission

The Commission consists of nine members representing local political parties, business organizations, labor, veterans, and civic groups, plus one at-large resident selected by the County Commissioners

All Commission members must be registered Washington County voters who have voted in at least two elections in the previous four years, including at least one gubernatorial election

Effective date is October 1, 2026
