Authorizes the Maryland Department of Aging to make grants to nonprofit organizations and area agencies on aging to support social connection for individuals in aging-in-place programs through events or gatherings at multigenerational third places, defined as community spaces other than a home or workplace that bring together individuals of different ages.

Expands eligible grant uses to include operational costs for senior villages to provide access to multigenerational third places, including administrative costs and short-term or long-term lease or rental costs.

Requires the Governor to include at least $100,000 annually in the budget for aging-in-place grants, with at least 20% of that funding directed to support senior villages.

Nonprofits or area agencies on aging seeking to expand an existing aging-in-place program must demonstrate an equal match for the funds requested, and the Department must publicize grant opportunities at least 6 weeks before applications are due.

Takes effect July 1, 2026, and amends Section 10–1201 of the Human Services Article of the Maryland Annotated Code.
