Requires 12 specified Maryland state divisions and programs to provide walk-in service to the public on a first-come, first-served basis at least 1 day per week between 10:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.

Covered entities include the Motor Vehicles Administration, Division of Vital Records, Maryland Health Benefit Exchange, Division of Occupational and Professional Licensing, Maryland State Archives Reference Services, and several others across multiple departments.

Divisions or programs that already offer in-person appointments must provide walk-in service at each location where those appointments are held.

Divisions or programs that do not regularly offer in-person appointments must establish at least one location for walk-in service.
