Department of Information Technology must post the Statewide Information Technology Master Plan on its website within 1 year after the Governor is inaugurated in each gubernatorial term

If the Secretary of Information Technology misses the posting deadline, written notification must be sent to the Governor and five legislative committees within 10 days, including an explanation for the delay and a new publication date no more than 3 months after the original deadline

The Secretary or designee must provide an annual briefing to the General Assembly covering plan implementation, material changes to the plan, and how the state intends to manage and deploy initiatives across the Executive Branch

The bill takes effect October 1, 2026
