Establishes the Office of State Elected Officials Information Privacy within the Department of Legislative Services to protect personal information of current and former state elected officials (Governor, Lieutenant Governor, Attorney General, Comptroller, Senators, and Delegates) and their household family members

Requires governmental entities to remove protected individuals' personal information from internet publications within 72 hours of receiving a written request; private persons must also comply with removal requests within 72 hours or face civil liability including potential punitive damages for willful refusal

Creates a State Elected Officials Address Confidentiality Program allowing participants to use a substitute address designated by the Office and to shield real property records and actual addresses from public inspection

Establishes criminal penalties of up to 18 months imprisonment and/or $5,000 fine for knowingly publishing a protected individual's personal information when the publisher knows it poses an imminent serious threat and the publication results in assault, harassment, trespass, or property destruction
