Authorizes the State Prosecutor to investigate threats made against judges or judges-elect under Criminal Law § 3-708, which prohibits knowingly making threats to kill, kidnap, or physically injure certain officials

Adds judges and judges-elect to the categories of officials whose threat cases the State Prosecutor can investigate, alongside existing jurisdiction over election law violations, public ethics offenses, and bribery cases

The State Prosecutor may initiate investigations independently or upon request from the Governor, Attorney General, General Assembly, State Ethics Commission, or a State's Attorney
