Amends Maryland Real Property Section 8-221(b) to expand exceptions allowing landlords to enter leased premises without providing written notice to tenants

Landlords may enter without notice to complete repairs or maintenance requested in writing by the tenant within 7 days of the tenant's written request

Landlords may also enter without notice while a tenant-requested repair is in progress, provided the landlord is making reasonable effort to complete it in a timely manner

Existing law already permits no-notice entry for emergencies involving property preservation, occupant safety, or health/safety of other tenants and staff
