Removes the September 30 deadline for Class A beer and light wine license holders and Class A beer, wine, and liquor license holders to pay the $120 supplementary fee for Sunday sales privileges between Thanksgiving and New Year's Day

Changes the deadline for license holders to submit proof of paid personal property taxes from October 30 to March 30 annually

Failure to submit the tax payment certificate by the new March 30 deadline results in immediate suspension of the renewal license without a hearing

Applies only to alcoholic beverages licenses in Baltimore City

Takes effect July 1, 2026
