Authorizes the Board of License Commissioners for Baltimore City to approve transfer of a Class B-D-7 liquor license from the 700 block of Washington Boulevard (40th district) to the 200 block of South High Street (46th district)

Permits a licensed establishment on the south side of the unit block of West Pratt Street to keep and serve alcohol donated by manufacturers or wholesalers for nonprofit events, subject to verification of nonprofit status and tax remittance

Extends the expiration of a Class B-D-7 license at a premises in the 1600 block of Eastern Avenue until July 1, 2027, allowing renewal and transfer to a new owner at the 700 block of Aliceanna Street

Takes effect June 1, 2026, with the nonprofit event provision (Section 2) automatically expiring on May 31, 2028
