Requires financial transaction providers and platform providers to block transactions and disable websites connected to illegal online gambling once notified, with fines of $50,000 for first violations and $100,000 for subsequent violations

Defines "sweepstakes games" using dual-currency systems that simulate casino games, lottery, or sports wagering as illegal online gambling subject to enforcement

Exempts operators licensed for online sports wagering or fantasy competitions under existing Maryland law; effective October 1, 2026
