Extends the closing time for beer and wine sales at health clubs in Harford County from 9 p.m. to 11 p.m., with sales still beginning at 1 p.m.

Applies to holders of both 6-day (Monday-Saturday) and 7-day (Monday-Sunday) Class HC health club beer and wine licenses

Health clubs must have at least 150 dues-paying members and offer either a swimming pool or pickleball courts to qualify for the license

Sales are limited to on-premises consumption in bar areas at swimming pools or indoor lounges

Takes effect July 1, 2026
