Exempts mobile food service facilities and semipermanent food service facilities in Washington County from the requirement to provide toilet and lavatory facilities for the public

Mobile food service facilities are defined as mechanically, electrically, manually, or otherwise propelled vehicles operating on land or water

Semipermanent food service facilities are portable units built offsite, transported as complete units without requiring building permits, with no indoor patron seating, serving only foods cooked for immediate service

Adds a standardized definition of "mobile food service facility" to the general definitions section of Maryland's Health-General Article
