Morgan State University or another 4-year institution must annually evaluate prioritized AI tools and certify their consistency with state guidelines

Teacher professional development training in AI must be implemented statewide by July 1, 2027, using a train-the-trainer model, with teachers compensated through time, money, or recertification credits

Maryland AI Education Collaborative established with representatives from education associations, unions, parents, and students to study AI use in schools and submit annual reports to the General Assembly beginning December 1, 2027
