Election judge training programs must include instruction on best practices for assisting elderly voters and voters with disabilities as defined under the federal Americans with Disabilities Act

State Board must monitor implementation and submit an annual report to the General Assembly by January 15 analyzing effectiveness, challenges, voter feedback, and recommendations for improvement
