Repeals the requirement that printed deeds and instruments offered for recordation include a 3-inch top margin on the first page and 1-inch margins on left and right sides

Requires circuit court clerks to date each change or correction made to the general alphabetical index on the same horizontal line where the change was made

Amends Maryland Real Property Code Sections 3-104(e) and 3-302
