Establishes the Maryland's Future Board within the Department of Commerce, consisting of 7 members appointed by the Governor (3), Senate President (2), and House Speaker (2), with 4-year terms beginning July 1

Requires the Board to develop a visionary plan for Maryland's future by January 1, 2027, addressing trends in robotics, artificial intelligence, advanced manufacturing, and other disruptive technologies, with annual evaluations and revisions

Creates the Maryland's Future Fund as a special, nonlapsing fund to finance Board-recommended projects, with interest earnings credited to the Fund rather than the General Fund

Mandates the Board submit project recommendations to the Governor and General Assembly by August 1, 2027, and annually thereafter, covering operating budget allocations, capital budget allocations, and policy implementations

Takes effect July 1, 2026, and automatically sunsets on June 30, 2031, after a 5-year period
