Violations of dealer requirements constitute a misdemeanor punishable by fines up to $2,000 and revocation of state junk licenses

Recklessly or willfully defacing, damaging, or destroying telecommunications infrastructure (including antennae, fiber optic cables, cell towers, telephone poles) is a felony punishable by up to 6 months imprisonment and/or fines up to $5,000
