Creates a new Class 10 farm distillery license available only to existing Class 8 farm brewery license holders, authorizing distillation, rectification, bottling, and wholesale/retail sale of spirits made with Maryland agricultural products grown on the licensed farm

Caps Class 10 farm distillery production at 100,000 gallons per calendar year and sets the annual license fee at no more than $500

Requires both Class 8 farm breweries and Class 10 farm distilleries to operate as agritourism businesses that expose the public to farming and value-added farming practices

Exempts Class 8 farm brewery and Class 10 farm distillery premises from local zoning compliance requirements and grants the state Commission exclusive regulatory authority over their operations

Expands privileges for both license types to include hosting festivals, providing live entertainment, renting facilities for private events (weddings, banquets, fundraisers), and serving food through licensed establishments, food trucks, caterers, or cottage industry food operations
