Adds "lease of real property" and "rental agreement relating to real property" to Maryland's list of documents that are illegal to counterfeit with intent to defraud

Creating or aiding in the creation of counterfeit leases or rental agreements is a felony punishable by up to 10 years imprisonment and/or a fine up to $1,000

Knowingly possessing a counterfeit lease or rental agreement with fraudulent intent is a misdemeanor punishable by up to 3 years imprisonment and/or a fine up to $1,000

Prosecution may be commenced in any county where the crime occurred, the document was recorded, the victim resides, or where a business victim conducts business
