Creates the "Agricultural Equipment Warranty Enforcement Act" requiring consumers to report warranty nonconformities in writing via certified mail to manufacturers, who must then correct defects within 30 days at no charge to the consumer

Applies to self-propelled farming vehicles sold on or after January 1, 2026, excluding off-road vehicles, ATVs, equipment under 25 horsepower, lawn tractors, and lawn mowers

Entitles consumers to replacement equipment or a full refund (including license and registration fees) if the same defect persists after 4 or more repair attempts, or if equipment is out of service for 30+ cumulative days during the season of use

Establishes violations as unfair, abusive, or deceptive trade practices under the Maryland Consumer Protection Act, with courts authorized to award up to $10,000 in damages for bad faith conduct by manufacturers
