Authorizes the State Board of Examiners for Audiologists, Hearing Aid Dispensers, Speech-Language Pathologists, and Music Therapists to issue limited licenses allowing individuals to practice music therapy while completing full licensing requirements

Limited license holders must practice only under the supervision of a fully licensed music therapist and must meet all license requirements except for the examination

Limited licenses expire after 1 year and may be renewed once for an additional 1-year term upon payment of a renewal fee

Individuals who fail to obtain a full license within 2 years of receiving their initial limited license must wait at least 1 year before applying for another limited license

Takes effect October 1, 2026
