Requires the Maryland Department of Health to reimburse applied behavior analysis (ABA) services provided by registered behavior technicians under the Maryland Medical Assistance Program (Medicaid)

Prohibits the Department from requiring registered behavior technicians to obtain additional certifications beyond their existing registration as a condition for Medicaid reimbursement

Expands access to ABA services, which are commonly used to treat individuals with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental conditions

Allows an exception to the certification prohibition under certain circumstances specified in the bill
