Establishes the Maryland Advanced Manufacturing Grant Program within the Maryland Technology Development Corporation to support companies specializing in regenerative medicine and other advanced manufacturing

Creates a special, nonlapsing Maryland Advanced Manufacturing Grant Program Fund to provide grants, funded by state budget appropriations, interest earnings, and other sources

Grants may only be used for acquisition, renovation, or construction of manufacturing space; infrastructure improvements; and equipment necessary for regenerative medicine or advanced manufacturing

Requires the Corporation to consult with the Maryland Stem Cell Research Commission on matters related to regenerative medicine, including establishing eligibility criteria and adopting regulations

Takes effect July 1, 2026
