Repeals the time restriction (30 minutes before sunrise until 10:30 a.m.) for Sunday hunting of game birds and mammals in Wicomico County, allowing all-day Sunday hunting

Applies to hunting on both private property and public land designated for Sunday hunting by the Department of Natural Resources

Removes Wicomico County from the list of counties with partial Sunday hunting exemptions that previously applied only during specific deer seasons

Adds Wicomico County to the list of counties (joining Allegany, Cecil, Garrett, St. Mary's, and Washington) where unrestricted Sunday hunting on designated public land is permitted

Takes effect July 1, 2026
