Adds "dietary supplement" packaging to the list of materials exempt from Maryland's extended producer responsibility (EPR) requirements for packaging and paper products

Packaging for FDA-regulated drugs, dietary supplements, and medical devices (including associated components and consumable medical equipment) would not be subject to EPR obligations

Amends Section 9-2501(l)(4) of the Environment Article in the Annotated Code of Maryland

Effective date: June 1, 2026
