Requires disaster mitigation service contracts to include specific rescission notice language that must be initialed by the property owner

Authorizes county governing bodies to impose limitations on in-person solicitation of disaster victims by contractors, including restrictions on hours and geographic areas where solicitation may occur

Takes effect October 1, 2026
