County and municipal automated traffic enforcement programs must submit quarterly reports to the Vision Zero coordinator on citations issued to out-of-state registered vehicles

Reports must include the license plate number, state of registration, payment status, and whether the citation is past due for each out-of-state citation

Applies to 10 types of automated enforcement systems including red light cameras, speed cameras, school bus cameras, stop sign monitors, work zone speed controls, and bus lane monitors

Quarterly reports must update previous submissions to reflect newly paid citations and provide cumulative summaries of total citations issued, paid, and past due
