Amends Section 15-206 of the Alcoholic Beverages and Cannabis Article to expand who may serve as inspector for Caroline County's Board of License Commissioners

Currently, only the county codes administrator can serve as inspector; the bill allows either the county codes administrator or an individual appointed by the Board to fill this role

The Board of License Commissioners retains authority to specify inspector duties, including administration and enforcement of county alcoholic beverages laws

Inspector salary remains determined by the county budget

Effective date: July 1, 2026
