Expands the Baltimore County School Board Nominating Commission from 19 to 21 members by adding two new organizational representatives

Adds one representative from the American Federation of State, County and Municipal Employees Local 3, Council 434 (AFSCME)

Adds one representative from the Citizens Advisory Council for Gifted and Talented Education

Renames the "Baltimore County Chamber of Commerce" seat to "Greater Baltimore County Chamber of Commerce," with the current member serving out their existing term

Effective October 1, 2026, with staggered term expirations set for September 30, 2028 and September 30, 2030 for various commission members
